"extremely bad service, uncourteous staff"

Good property maintained by uncourteous staff 1.Receptionist don't know the facilities in the hotel. When i asked is there a private beach, he said there is no private beach. 2.Receptionist gave the keycard which is not working. maybe he has not activated it properly. 3.I asked for cake cutting celebration by the beach which was denied 4.I asked for permission to take photos which was denied 5.Though i checked in at 4.30 pm I was asked to check out at 12.30pm and denied late check out

"2 rooms changed in 2 days stay!!!"

This is one of the most pathetic experiences I had staying in Radisson, I chose this over the past experience, reputation but all in drain. Non courteous staff, no resolution to the customer despite of all the efforts made. we had to change 2 rooms in 2 days of stay as multiple issues happened from the hotel's end in both of them.
