We offer guests support documentation for tourist visas for the period of their stay. To take advantage of this service, complete an application and fax or email it to the hotel along with a copy of the 1st page of your passport and both sides of a credit card. The hotel will issue visa support documentation within 1 working day.
Visa support service is free for all guests staying at the hotel; however, canceled reservations or no-shows will incur a charge of RUB 2,500 per person who received a visa support letter.
Please note that Russian consulates in Asia, Africa, Japan, Mexico and South America may request the original visa support documents. Original documents are the guest’s responsibility.
