"2nd visit even better than the first"

It was our 2nd visit after previously staying 6 years ago. My wife and I were pleased to see the resort was better than we remembered. We stayed All Inclusive and the food available from Breeze Restaurant was always varied and of fantastic quality. The chef's even went to the trouble of baking special bread each day for my wife who has food intolerances.

"Good weekend Gateway"

Good PLace - away from City even from Fujairah. Just accept the fact there are 2 routes and opt for the highway rather than through city. The place is having own beach access and private and really very clean place

"Misleading - Do not expect 5 star standard!"

The buffet was bland and mostly dry. The pools were not temperature controlled and was therefore freezing which we were not able to use during our stay. The massage was far from relaxing and lacked ambience and the therapist was less than attentive! What should have been a relaxing massage ended with me being extremely annoyed due to being in a cold and brightly lit room! When complained to the spa manager I received a very unhelpful and awkward response!

Great Stay for our honeymoon. Romantic place and room decorated in advance free of charge. Also the cake was given at night complementary. Hotels also offered discounts and great valet parking service

"Great Staff, however quality of stay very much Sub Par for a 5-Star"

Honestly, we expected much more from a Radisson Blu having stayed at other properties which was an amazing experience, however this was an underwhelming experience. For starters, the room provided to us was not in good condition, bathroom door handle was loose and seemed like it would break off, the bed and pillows were not comfortable. On the very first afternoon of our stay we experienced noises of construction work going on and we had to ask repeatedly to stop the noise before it was finally halted. The food at The Breeze was not up to the mark either, except the breakfast which was great. However dinner options are very limited. There is no Indian dish on the menu which is a great surprise, and the rest of the spread was not great. The only positive we found was the warmth and service of the staff from the check in, to housekeeping, kids club to the beach area who were absolutely amazing and special thanks to Mr. Savio at The Breeze who understood our situation especially with a 4 year old child and helped us to get through Dinner on both nights by accepting our requests. Definitely not a great experience for us especially since we were celebrating our 6th Wedding Anniversary
