ENJOY IMAGINATIVE GASTRONOMIC CREATIONS IN OUR 5 RESTAURANTS

Indulge in a culinary journey of senses and tasting. Enjoy an international breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet at our main restaurant, "Mosaic", or spend a day by the pool, tasting a special Mediterranean buffet, which is served at “Pool Front Restaurant” from morning until noon. Book a special breakfast or dinner at our “Ariadni” Theme Restaurant and seize the opportunity to taste "Cretan flavors and aromas". Discover our Deli restaurants: "Olivia", offering casual buffet, barbecue and salads and ‘Payot’, offering street food burgers, fagitas and other specialties during lunch time. 

For the lovers of Italian cuisine, an Italian theme restaurant operates every evening, while meat lovers are worth seeing the "Payot Bucher Bar", a specialized theme restaurant in meat’s secrets. Those wishing to dine by the sea can choose our award-winning restaurant "Bellevue 1948", which offers high-gastronomic dishes, or "On the Rocks Grill", which offers BBQ and Greek appetizers in Palm trees environment.

All our restaurants’ recipes have been edited by our famous 2-star Michelin Consultant Chef, Mr. Yves Mattagne, who also coordinates all our food departments.
 
All our restaurants include special menus for children and guests with dietary restrictions. We also offer both an Early Continental Breakfast (07:00 – 07:30) and Late Continental Breakfast (10:30 – 11:00). DRESS CODE

In general, all our restaurants require shirts for men.
  • Lunch: beachwear allowed, no swimming trunks, nothing wet
  • Dinner: Casual chic — no swimwear, no beachwear, no flip-flops for men. Men are kindly requested to come for dinner in long trousers.
