GOLF IN TRYSIL
Trysil is a paradise for those who love winter with skiing and snow fun, but it also offers one of the best forest and mountain golf courses. With an exciting design and varied back 9 and front 9, Trysilfjellet Golf Course suits players of all ages, regardless of skill level.
Golf season lasts from mid-May to early October, and each hole is nicely located in the countryside with a beautiful view both of Trysilfjellet and Trysil center. It is easy to walk through the course and the Trysilfjellet Golf Course staff sees the importance of the social aspect so that you can play without stress and hassle.
A course for allThe main course consists of 18 holes, par 72. In addition, there is a 4 hole "Pay & Play" short course, which is an excellent opportunity for those who want to perfect their golf game. At the short hole course, you find challenges like water hazards and bunkers, which usually only appear at larger courses. It is an excellent opportunity for those who want to try golf for the first time. The training areas are also of top quality. There is a driving range consisting of 33 outlets mats, 10 of which are covered. There is also an area for putt and chip training as well as a training bunker.
Mini-golfNew in 2016, our 9-hole Adventure's Mini-Golf course suits all ages and skill levels. The course is right outside the front porch of the Café Arena. The track is constructed from natural materials and the playing surface consists of synthetic turf. With obstacles like those on a proper course with bunkers, stones and rough grass, everyone can have a great time with family and friends.
Trysil GolfklubbThe golf course was designed by Jeremy Turner and was officially opened in 2003. Besides boasting one of the finest wood and mountain paths, it is also home to Trysil Golfklubb. Café Arena offers snacks for hungry guests who need a break from golfing, and the Pro Shop offers a good selection of clothes, clubs, balls and accessory equipment. They also rent out golf equipment.
Trysilfjellet Golf Course is only 800 meters from the Radisson Blu Resort, Trysil, so you can easily take the golf bag with you and walk over to practice your favorite sport.
