Experience a skier’s dream in Trysil

Our ski-in, ski-out resort provides easy access to the 31 lifts and 65 slopes on the grand Trysil mountains, as well as more than a houndred scenic cross country trails. Outdoor enthusiasts can also enjoy a number of summer activities such as hiking, golf, fishing, river rafting and mountain biking. The hotel is located near the town center, which has a variety of restaurants and shops offering guests a charming area to dine and collect souvenirs. Even though the hotel is located in the middle of the mountains, it is easy to get here from Oslo and from the rest of the country, whether you prefer flying, driving, taking the bus or train.

Driving directions:
From Oslo, take the E6 highway North to Rv. 3 North and then the Rv. 25 East into the mountains straight to Trysil. Follow signs for Elverum and then Trysil. Travel time from Oslo city center is between 2.5 and 3 hours.

Plane: 
Gardermoen International Airport, Oslo, Norway’s largest, is the closest airport and has flight routes from across Europe and beyond making it easy to access the Norwegian mountains and slopes. 

Bus:
From Oslo's Gardermoen International Airport, take the Trysil Ekspressen shuttle bus. Buses depart several times daily and stop in the heart of the Trysil Mountains. The journey takes just under 3 hours. The bus stop for our hotel is the stop for the town's Welcome Center, approximately 200 meters from the resort.

Train:
Several trains run daily from Oslo Central Station via Hamar to Elverum station, which is 70 kilometers from Trysil. From Elverum, transfer to the Trysil Ekspressen bus service.
