Messukeskus Expo and Convention Center
The Messukeskus Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Center hosts some of the city's largest events, and it’s the best known convention center in Finland. Every year the center hosts more than 100 premier trade shows that are open to the public, in their events space spanning more than 8 football fields. Facilities at the centerWith 40 meeting rooms, seven exhibition halls, and more than 58,000 square meters of space, the Exhibition and Convention Center is the largest of its kind in all of Finland. The varied sizes of the halls and rooms make the center a great venue for all manner of events, and it continues to be a popular choice for regional events.The exhibition center also offers guests and organizers the convenience of additional services right under its roof, with restaurants and cafes waiting for attendees in need of a break.
A venue for many industriesConventions at the enter include those from many different industries. Medical, health and engineering conferences all take place at the center, as do trade fairs for the fashion and beauty industries. In total, more than a million people visit the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre each year.
The building is located in the district of Pasila, north of the city center. It can be easily reached with public transport stopping at the Messukeskus or Pasila stations that are both close by. You can arrive comfortably in less than half an hour with public transport, or in 17 minutes by car from the stylish city center Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Helsinki. The hotel’s central location will make the perfect stay for those attending a convention but still wishes to experience Helsinki’s major attractions.
