Dublin Convention Centre

The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD), located in the Docklands, opened in September 2010 and has since then been the premier conference destination in the Irish capital. CCD focuses on delivering world-class events and has been awarded with nothing short of 32 international awards for different aspects of their business. When attending a meeting or conference here you can rest assured that it will be an event of high standards and an unrivalled experience.

Getting to the CCD

When you're attending a conference at the Convention Centre Dublin you can easily make your way to the event grounds. Dublin Airport is a mere 15 minutes away from the CCD via the Port Tunnel, connecting you and your convention to the world with daily departures and arrivals. The Airlink 747 shuttle also from the airport stops right outside the CCD and there are several taxi and car hire services available from the terminals. If you're arriving by DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transport) the stations are only a 10-minute walk away from the centre.

Attending a conference

Convention Centre Dublin is home to a wide range of events and conferences throughout the year, ranging from the Global MedTech Compliance Conference to the information’s systems fair EuroCACS. Whatever event you're attending, CCD is easy to navigate. If you want to prepare ahead of your visit you can check out their interactive venue plan for a unique view of the set up.
