  • Vanoise National Park - 2 km. Created in 1963 this is France’s first national park. Wild life enthusiasts can be kept entertained with more than 100 species of birds including bearded vultures and golden eagles.
  • Bourg Saint Maurice - 20 km. More commonly referred to as Bourg, this is one of the largest alpine towns in the area. It is particularly popular in the summer months where many of the outdoor activities such as whitewater rafting, paragliding and mountain biking can be accessed.
  • Entrevaux Cathedral - 23 km. Set in limestone and surrounded by olive trees, this former Roman Catholic cathedral dates back to the 17th century. It is richly decorated with many works of art and provides visitors with a look into French history.
